Eligibility:
- Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹500 anywhere in India.
- For orders below ₹500, a small shipping charge will apply, depending on the delivery location (urban or rural).
Processing Time:
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During festivals or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch.
📍 3. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
❌ 4. Order Cancellations
By Customer:
- You may cancel your order by emailing us at Email.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For perishable or temperature-sensitive items, cancellations are accepted, but product costs may be deducted.
By Prakartik Sparsh:
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following scenarios:
- Product listed with incorrect price or inventory
- Logistic issues or service unavailability at your location
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a 100% refund will be processed.
📦 5. Replacement & Refund Policy
We take utmost care in packing and dispatching your order. However, in rare cases, if you receive:
- A damaged item during transit
- A product with a manufacturing defect
- A wrong product
You are eligible for a replacement or full refund under the following conditions:
Conditions for Replacement/Refund:
- Request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
- If the product is visibly damaged or leaking, please do not accept the package. Return it to the courier.
- Once accepted, items are returnable only if the above issues apply.
How to Request:
