We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, and more to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

🚛 2. Free Shipping

Eligibility:

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹500 anywhere in India.
  • For orders below ₹500, a small shipping charge will apply, depending on the delivery location (urban or rural).

Processing Time:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • During festivals or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch.

📍 3. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Order Cancellations

By Customer:

  • You may cancel your order by emailing us at Email.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • For perishable or temperature-sensitive items, cancellations are accepted, but product costs may be deducted.

By Prakartik Sparsh:

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following scenarios:

  • Product listed with incorrect price or inventory
  • Logistic issues or service unavailability at your location
    In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a 100% refund will be processed.

📦 5. Replacement & Refund Policy

We take utmost care in packing and dispatching your order. However, in rare cases, if you receive:

  • A damaged item during transit
  • A product with a manufacturing defect
  • A wrong product

You are eligible for a replacement or full refund under the following conditions:

Conditions for Replacement/Refund:

  • Request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • If the product is visibly damaged or leaking, please do not accept the package. Return it to the courier.
  • Once accepted, items are returnable only if the above issues apply.

How to Request:

  • Email us at Email.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  • Please wait for confirmation before sending any product back.
  • If replacement is unavailable, we’ll suggest suitable alternatives or process a full refund as per your preference.

We aim to deliver your order within 2–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability. In some remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer.
