If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may request a return as per our return policy.

  • Any discount coupon or voucher used in a canceled order will be treated as used and cannot be reused or reissued.

🌟 Loyalty Points / Rewards:

  • If you used loyalty points or rewards in your order and it gets canceled, the points will be credited back to your Prakartik Sparsh account within 3–5 business days.

💸 2. Refunds for Cancellations or Returns

Refunds (where eligible) will be processed only after:

✅ The returned product is received by us
✅ It is verified to be in original condition with packaging intact

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
