We understand that choosing the right Ayurvedic product is an important decision, and we want you to experience its benefits with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right — because your trust means more than a transaction.

📦 For Products Shipped by Us

We want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If you need to return a product, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The product has expired (very rare, but we’re ready)
  • You were charged more than the printed MRP
  • The product doesn’t meet your expectations

✅ To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original box, labels, and packaging intact

⚠️ Note: Temperature-sensitive or consumable wellness products are not eligible for return.

🏷️ For Products Shipped Directly by Sellers (Third-Party)

Some of our products may be fulfilled by trusted seller partners. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

🚫 For Orders Not Yet Shipped

Changed your mind? No problem.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at:

If the order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.
If it has already been dispatched, the standard return policy will apply.

📦 For Products Damaged in Transit

We ensure safe packaging, but sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery.
  • Ask the delivery agent to return it.
  • Email us immediately at Gmail with photos or details.

We’ll send a replacement or resolve the issue at the earliest.
